How to solve the problem of laser cutting slag? When laser cutting has slag, first find out the reason from the following points, and adjust it properly to solve the problem accordingly.   1. The laser power isn't adequate. When cutting thick plates, the power is not enough to melt the entire plate. If the power can still be adjusted, you can increase the power and continue to test whether it can be cut off. If the power has been adjusted to the maximum, you need to replace the laser with a higher power.   2. The focus position is out of place. If the focus is too up or too low, it will affect the cutting quality, and it can only be adjusted by inspection and adjusted according to the offset position.   3. The air pressure is too low. The auxiliary gas can blow off the cutting slag and cool the heat affected zone of the cutting. If the air pressure is too low, the residue will not be blown out of the workpiece or the workpiece will not be cooled in time, resulting with slag. Adjust the air pressure to an appropriate requirement.   4. The cutting speed is too fast or too slow If the feed rate of laser cutting is too fast, the workpiece will not be cut off in time, the cutting surface will form diagonal stripes, and there will be slag in the lower half area.
